Ragan’s Mission
In her early twenties, after a challenging chapter of her life, Ragan began searching for something she deeply longed for: Lasting peace and a deeper connection with the Divine. That search led her to a spiritual mentor. When Ragan first looked into her mentor’s eyes, she witnessed a profound sense of peace. It was the very peace she longed to experience within herself.
Through their work together, layers of old wounds and emotional pain began to lift. As Ragan rediscovered her connection with the Divine and her own healing gifts, her mentor shared something she would never forget: Her purpose is to be a teacher of teachers and a healer of healers. Her mentor had recognized a calling Ragan was only beginning to sense within herself.
What started as her personal journey, led her toward fulfilling her purpose as a spiritual teacher, healer, and Divine I AM facilitator. Through her soul emergence work, Ragan creates space for conscious teachers, healers, and leaders to continue their own spiritual growth, and share their unique gifts more fully with the world.
She sees personal awakening and collective evolution as deeply connected. The love we discover within ourselves has the power to transform how we live, lead, and serve.
This same devotion inspires her global work through the Thomson Global Impact Fund, supporting change-makers and initiatives addressing environmental and humanitarian needs.

The Thomson Global Impact Fund holds a special commitment to the next generation. In partnership with blank space collaborative and the BE Human initiative, the Fund supports and celebrates young people exploring what it means to lead with humanity, compassion, and connection in the age of AI.
BE Human collects and shares stories from young people who are reimagining leadership through empathy, creativity, and conscious action. Through the BE Human Impact Award, Ragan and the Thomson Global Impact Fund also spotlights young visionaries who are bridging technology and humanity to create greater health, peace, and joy in our world.
The Sophia Wisdom Foundation
Supporting Healing and a Legacy of Love
Through the Thomson Global Impact Fund, Ragan continues her support of The Sophia Wisdom Foundation and The Sophia School of Living Arts with a gift toward the development of its retreat facility near Austin, Texas.
Founded by master EFT practitioner and teacher Sonya Sophia, the organizations are dedicated to creating opportunities for healing, connection, and transformation. Ragan’s support reflects their shared commitment to helping people heal from within and contributing to a more loving, connected world.
The Art of Elysium
Creativity in Service of Healing and Connection
Ragan’s relationship with The Art of Elysium began when she was 27, when she offered early financial support to help the organization grow its vision of bringing artists and creativity into service.
Her involvement soon became deeply personal. Through volunteering, board service, ongoing giving, and fundraising, Ragan has continued to support The Art of Elysium and its mission of using art as a catalyst for connection and social change. Today, she serves as Program Chair on the organization’s Board of Directors.
For Ragan, this work has always been about more than philanthropy. Her experience as a volunteer remains one of the most meaningful experiences of her life and an enduring expression of a principle that runs through all of her work. Our gifts become even more powerful when we place them in service to others.
World Systems Solutions
Conscious Collaboration for Planetary Change
From 2020 to 2025, Ragan served as Chairperson of the Board at World Systems Solutions (WSS), collaborating with a global network of leaders committed to addressing the climate emergency and advancing solutions for meaningful planetary change.
During her time with WSS, Ragan contributed spiritual guidance and supported initiatives spanning conscious parenting, educational design, women’s empowerment, and meditation and mantra practices.
Guided by Spirit, her leadership reflected a commitment that continues to shape her work today: individual awakening and collective evolution are deeply connected. By bringing greater consciousness, compassion, and intention to the way we lead and serve, we create greater possibility for meaningful change in our communities and across the planet.
